ABOUT THE WEBINAR
Food systems are quickly moving in the direction of sustainability and fairness, under the pressure of policies and consumer preferences. However, as already happened in some cases, food safety risks to be disregarded, impairing the achievement of fair, healthy and environment-friendly food systems. To avoid this danger food policies should be able to identify, assess and manage emerging food risk linked to new production paradigms like circular economy, zero waste, and short production chains.
