Within the framework of the Bilateral Project between the CNR and the University of Guanajuato, “Correlation of physicochemical and sensory properties to the response of nanofunctionalized fiber optic sensors in wines produced in Guanajuato” funded by IDEA Gto, Dr. Marco Bianchetti and Dr. María Susana Ávila García made a research visit to the CNR in Bologna last week (December 12th-16th), strengthening the collaboration between both institutions and countries. The project focus on the use of our know-how also developed in h-ALO for the implementation of sensing systems for wine.
